The shift into physical AI and robotics seems like the logical next moov for NVIDIA's compute platform. While hyperscalers developing custom silicon will eat into some datacenter margins, the robotics hardware cycle is just getting started and offers fresh TAM expansion. The Uber robotaxi partnership could be huge if they can leverage their existing GPU architecture for real-time inference at the edge.

The valuation milestone is impressive but the competitive dynamics shifting fast. Custom silicon from hyperscalers could reshape the entrie landscape, especially when you factor in the efficiency gains from models like DeepSeek. Jensen's pivot toward robotics and physical AI makes strategic sense given that hardware cycles there are still early stage.
